Saffron Restaurant Birmingham, the third addition to the Saffron Restaurant Group is situated in Victoria Square, the heart of Birmingham’s business district and promises to elevate Indian cuisine into new heights.

Housed in an attractive period building, Saffron’s decor embellishes a rich blend of golden hues with luxurious fabrics, chenille covered armchairs, deep pile carpets and linen tablecloths. To complement the ambience of glamour, ornate mirrors, baroque wallpaper and crystal lighting feature in the restaurant.

Multi award winning chef, Sudha Saha, who recently competed on ITV’s Britain’s Best Dish and proudly achieved rosette acknowledgment for the group’s first branch in Oldbury,  is now aiming for dishes worthy of the coveted Michelin star.

Each dish is cooked from fresh produce sourced locally from renowned suppliers and the detail in the presentation reflects the passion and effort invested in creating the highest quality food.

Saffron offers an accommodating set of menus including, lunch set meal, pre-theatre menu, tasting menu as well as A La Carte.

Chef Patron Sudha outcooked his rival on ITV’s Britains Best Dish regional heat. His pan-fried wild seabass was given the thumbs up by all 3 judges. See here for further information.
